Please read the following instructions as to receiving and unpacking the sculpture. We are only responsible for damage to the sculpture incurred in shipping to you. If you need to return the sculpture, it must be in its original condition and returned safely to the studio/gallery.

When you receive your order, please follow these guidelines:

• Upon receipt of your artwork, please remove your art SLOWLY and CAREFULLY. Inspect it carefully as to contents and condition. All claims for damaged or missing items MUST be reported to W. Stanley Proctor Bronzes within two business days of receipt of art. In the event your package arrives damaged, it is the responsibility of the client to immediately contact the carrier to inspect the package to assure full refund/replacement. All packaging MUST be retained until the problem has been resolved.
• Carefully unpack and inspect all items. Please DO NOT damage the packaging. DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY OF THE PACKAGING MATERIALS UNTIL YOU ARE COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH THE ARTWORK.
• Please do not pull foam or tape from the sculpture. This material can be tenacious. Open with scissors or knife very carefully.
